Welcome to Charmouth Primary School

I am thrilled to welcome you to Charmouth Primary School.   Here we are so lucky to be located on the Jurassic Coast and have extensive grounds.  The staff here are dedicated to delivering a great education to children between the ages of 3 and 11 within our nurturing and inclusive community.

We have easy access to the beach, which allows us to engage in outdoor learning weekly.  Inclusion is key to our commitment to providing a high quality curriculum that all children can access.  We champion reading by building it into our curriculum and developing a culture of reading.  By maintaining a clear focus on what is important, our goal is to equip children with the knowledge and skills to be life-long learners.

We are proud to have become part of the First Federation Trust in September 2023.  The First Federation Trust is a Multi-Academy Trust of schools across Dorset and Devon.
